PCB Etching at Home

Etching a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) is essential to every electronics person, almost every time he used to think about electronic circuits boards. There are many ways that don't require etching like wrapping wires, using matrix boards, etc. But to make the circuit look good, consume less area and for smd components etching is a much needed thing.

In context to Nepal, we don't have any company which can provide us with a required PCB. We have to order in foreign and wait, which is a time consuming method. But it's easy if we can make it in our house with some stuff.

PCB etching at home is easy and requires very less ( and cheap) equipment and is not so time consuming. Let's start from designing, we have different softwares which provides a platform to design PCBs. I will use Kicad, it is A Cross Platform and Open Source Electronics Design Automation Suite.
